Pour 150-300 ml of water into 50 to 100 grams of Go Primal protein pancake. Set aside for 30 mins if you have time or start cooking. Whisk together all ingredients. You can also use a blender and mix it with a banana, it adds an awesome texture and flavour. Cook the mixture in a frying pan, we recommend NOT to use non-stick pans. Just add (clarified) butter to your pan. Enjoy! They are delicious even without adding anything else. You can add a pinch of salt. They really taste great and have plenty of protein, fiber and the right type of carbs.
