Delivery

We strive to have the products offered on our website at any time for you, but can not assure this bindingly.
Your order will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of your payment and depending on the availability of the products, this is usually dispatched within 24-48 hours. To determine when the order will arrive, please add the delivery time, which is shown in the table below.

The total shipping costs are shown in the table below. In the case of partial deliveries, we charge the shipping costs only once.

When you place an order with GoPrimal, you will receive an email with your tracking information promptly. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to see the live status of your shipment. If the shipping time exceeds the average time by 2 or more days (excluding weekends and holidays), simply send an email to hola@goprimal.eu and our friendly support team, who rely on our Magnesium capsules to stay calm&relaxed, will be more than happy to assist you and make sure to resolve any issues with the carrier.
