How to improve eye sight
Here are a few exercises that may help improve your eyesight:
Palming: Sit comfortably and rub your hands together to generate heat. Then, cup your palms over your closed eyes and relax for a few minutes. This can help reduce eye strain and improve circulation to the eyes.
Eye Rolls: Sit or stand comfortably and look straight ahead. Slowly roll your eyes in a circle, clockwise and then counter-clockwise. Repeat this exercise a few times.
Near and Far Focus: Hold your thumb or a small object about arm's length away from your face. Focus on it for a few seconds, then shift your focus to something in the distance. Repeat this exercise a few times, switching between the two objects.
Sunning: Sitting comfortably, close your eyes and face the sun. Sunlight is good for the eyes.
You can also look indirectly at morning sunlight.

Monday:
Palming: Do this exercise for 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening.
Eye Rolls: Do this exercise for 2-3 sets of 10 reps throughout the day.
Tuesday:
Near and Far Focus: Do this exercise for 2-3 sets of 10 reps throughout the day.
Sunning: Do this exercise for 5-10 minutes in the morning before 10 am.
Wednesday:
Palming: Do this exercise for 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening.
Eye Rolls: Do this exercise for 2-3 sets of 10 reps throughout the day.
Thursday:
Near and Far Focus: Do this exercise for 2-3 sets of 10 reps throughout the day.
Sunning: Do this exercise for 5-10 minutes in the morning before 10 am.
Friday:
Palming: Do this exercise for 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening.
